Operate a multiline telephone system while practicing proper telephone etiquette.
Scheduling appointments: Management of Doctor and Hygiene schedules
Collecting and posting payments to patient accounts/ledgers; cash credit and electronic fund transfer payments.
Filing claims for rendered services, in conjunction with pre-authorizations, attaching proper documentation to claims (x rays, narratives and other forms of PHI).
Coordinate with Customer Service Representatives to verify benefits and Estimation of Benefits Discoveries (EOBS).

Attend morning meeting, take minutes, and communicate relevant scheduling and program information to staff.
