I have been in the construction industry for 30 years. I have done every job in the construction industry so I have personal knowledge of what it takes to do the job. I have built custom homes and built commercial building from the ground up. 187 unit HUD apartment complex in Bridgeport CT 67-three family houses through the north end of Hartford CT for HUD. I have been Superintendent or project manager on several large road and bridge projects (out of State). And small airports. I have operated all type of heavy equipment, including excavators, articulating loaders, backhoes, skid steers. I have knowledge of all phases of the construction industry no matter if the job is residential, commercial or municipal.
