Managed all raise boring, blind boring and drop raising mining operations at Mindola sub vertical shaft Mopani successfully.
Managed all waste fill, paste fill and cemented rock fill backfilling operations successfully.
Ensured that production, development and long-hole drilling targets were achieved economically,
Safely and in accordance with mining, explosives and domestic regulations.
Participated in underground emergencies as the Emergency Control Officer responsible for rescue and recovery operations.
Directed mine operations to ensure that mine production plans (tonnes and grade) achieved feed the mill, safely and efficiently.

Project 1: Selecting a suitable mining method for 4440 level (Sublevel Caving mining method) at Mindola sub vertical shaft and added 30% to the monthly respective production.
