MY WORK POSITION

To whom it may concern.

I am Frankline Mosongo a citizen of Cameroon bilingual in the concept of language, I live in the city of Douala. I am writing to explain my different types of work position as painting to the different types of companies I have worked in,including the various challenges that comes with each company and work position. To say a few I have had the work experience of working with two well know Company in my Country that is Brasserie du Cameroon [SABC] and clo service Automobile, dealing with the post an assistant in driving of the transport vehicle and as a technician of air conditioning in the various vehicles for clo service automobile.

Brasseries du Cameroon is a company that deals with the supply of Bears, Alcoholic drinks, Energy drink, Sodas water,Mineral water,etc. With the company acting as a major supplier of all the above mentioned drinks to all major cities of the country, I worked closely with the driver as assistant taking path in all the problems and how we managed to solve each, and also with Clo service automobile as a technician. The two have made me have a broad knowledge of handling both work related problems and how to manage my work with family issues at the same time as would be seen in the paragraphs to come.

As concerning my work position and the responsibility that come with it in Brasserie du Cameroon, I was the driver assistant .responsible for helping the lead driver transport,goods from one destination to another and from one city to another and also in the loading and unloading company product reporting the quality of goods before and after loading and unloading.

Assisting driver to fine delivery locations with calls from customers and road navigators, compiling accurate delivery record and maintaining an accurate record of deliveries.

With those different rules I have had a series of problems beginning from customer delivery that is when you fail to deliver a client command the client file series of complains about you to the company and also in handling bottles which are fragile and can break at any time, also dealing with the accessibility of delivery position as roads are often bad during the rainy season and maintaining accurate delivery report daily is also not easy because customers tend to steal from delivery positions as some crates come with empty bottle and even lose filling.

Acknowledging the difficulty in solving each problem, due to their complex nature I handled each problem as they came taking time to discuss with the different customers when there is a misunderstanding so we arrive a better conclusion also I check each crate to be sure it has no fault and carefully. Delivering them taking count of each crate as it leaves the delivery vehicle before supplies are made making sure each record is properly assembled from post to post

As regard to clo service I worked the maintenance department as a technician handling,especially the air conditioning of vehicles.that is installation, inspection, maintenance . and repair of the air conditioning system, we also had the duty to diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and malfunction repairing or replacing equipment that have been damage, I also had the experience of handling the cleaning of blowers and coils,checking tension of belt and motors we were also charged with planting and calibrating of thermostatic controls.

Handling this different rules, I had a lot of challenges to perform this different task from time to diagnose the different fault of a vehicle is brought in the garage . Also after faults have been diagnosed some customers will have a hard time accepting to pay the amount of money allocated for their jobs to be handled leading to conflicts between in some times and working with the different machine also contributing a great deal to the problem as noise from different engines affect the ear since the are huge engines like the air compressor and the make a lot of noise.

The different defects mads us to the have a great knowledge and ability to solve them when I had a vehicle brought to the garage I checked from valve to valve to the different fault and fix while leaving some hence saving time consumption . After these fault is diagnose I send the client to the garage shop to know the price of the damage part to limit the confusion of payment after fault had been fixed, also I protect my self with work suits and casket to keep myself safe from the noise coming from the different engines.

Analyzing all these problems and how I soled each it gave me a lot of lessons as a person and how to relate with work the most important of all this lesson is having the patience to relate with colleagues and your bus at work you need to be loyal and submit, to work successfully . I have also learned to be flexible and social at work . I also have to involve seriousness on my job sit so as to do perfect work to be appreciated also need to be courageous in my work . The purpose of this memo is to share my concerns and review with you my expectation regarding acceptable behavior in the work place, this memo is to help me successfully in my communication with customers and co-workers.

Family is a very important aspect in every man life in as much as I desire to keep my work on a high profile I also want my family to be the best,that is Being a son, father and even husband when the time comes, so even if I am offended at work I dont let it extend to my family life or affect my family negatively but when ever have either good or bad experiences I always share it with my family back-home for advice but these doesnt extend to confidential information from work as work is, I also cannot allow family problems to affect my mode while working so I blend both work and family just goes to compliment and give me a beautiful experience.

On the aspect of my expectation I hope to have a more conducive work environment as my work lead in my two previous jobs had me go through a lot of work load which made me use efficient to my duty and also my salaries was insufficient to take me so I am hoping to get a better pay on my next job. Also the working environment gives a boast to the effectiveness of work so I expect to have a very conductive environment with collaboration among staffs and employers I also expect my employers to be fair in their dealing with me making sure to investigate situations before concluding on matters or issue between me and fellow colleagues.
