Project Manager and Consulting Principal Electrical Engineer, responsible for overall Electrical/ Instrumentation design development and review, responsible for construction oversight and start-up coordination on natural gas compression stations, turbine and reciprocating engine driven units. Manager of Electrical Engineering, responsible for engineering and implementation of electrical design on fossil and nuclear power plant projects as well as large food processing projects. Experienced in project management, electrical power, control and instrumentation engineering and design including power line protective relay application, design and setting, microprocessor-based control systems, specification writing, material specification and control, construction coordination, power transmission and distribution engineering and construction, roadway lighting, and traffic signals. Experienced in creation of 1- and 3-line diagrams, control schematics, process and instrument diagrams (P&IDs), loop diagrams, instrument specification and calibration, Experienced in electrical construction and maintenance of industrial and electrical utilities and gas pipeline compressor stations. 2012 to 2021, Lake Superior Consulting, LLC., Duluth, Minnesota 2020-2021, Principal Electrical Engineer, providing subject matter expertise, project overview, project review, project approval; and staff mentoring. 2012-2020 Lead Electrical Engineer, Director of Power & Controls Engineering, Responsibility for electrical and instrumentation engineering, consulting and design leadership, budgeting and schedule coordination of major capital projects at gas compressor stations and liquids pump stations for large regional natural gas and petroleum liquids transportation companies. Projects include fire & gas detection and safety shutdown systems upgrades, power supply modifications including motor control replacement, compressor unit and station automation and installation of electric motor and turbine driven centrifugal and reciprocating compressor and pump units full design development of three 115kV electrical power distribution substations including 5kV power distribution switchgear and distribution OH & UG circuitry. 2003 to 2012, Aerotek Services contracted to Northern Natural Gas Co., Omaha, Nebraska Consulting Electrical Engineer. Responsibility for electrical and instrumentation engineering, design leadership, budgeting and schedule coordination of major capital projects at compressor stations for Northern Natural Gas, a large regional natural gas transportation company. Project Management and Staff Management responsibility for engineering, design and construction of complete facilities required to house electron beam irradiation equipment for cold-pasteurization of meats, poultry, fruits and vegetables and sterilization of medical products world wide. (1997 to 2000) Executive Vice President. Management responsibility for the overall technical operation of 80 member Architectural/Engineering/Consulting Firm. Part of the Project Management Team, responsible for engineering and design review of electrical and instrumentation systems and participated in construction oversight and startup coordination of new and retrofitted gas compressor stations for the Northern Border Pipeline Chicago Project consisting of over 330,000 hp of new compression and 430 miles of new pipeline. Designed and specified electrical interference mitigative measures for over 18 miles of pipeline paralleling high voltage power lines on the NBPL Chicago Project.

(1990 to 1997) Senior Vice President. Overall responsibility for the completion of projects in accordance with schedules and budgets established with clients, directs the activities of project managers, assists in the selection of project team members, oversees the professional development of employees and other duties as assigned by the President. Provide expert testimony and opinions on the subject of electricity to Attorneys in litigation involving personal injury and/or property damage liability.

Project Manager - Primary Electrical Distribution Design and Construction for several projects including: Corn Processing Plant, Minnesota Corn Processors, Columbus, NE; Locomotive Fueling Complex, Burlington Northern Railroad, Guernsey, WY; Lincoln B2 West Fueling Facility, Burlington Northern Railroad, Lincoln, NE; Lincoln B1 West Sanding Facility, Burlington Northern Railroad, Lincoln, NE.

(1993 to 1994) Senior Consulting Electrical Engineer. Part of the Project Management Team, responsible for engineering and design review of electrical and instrumentation and responsible for construction oversight and startup coordination of five (5) 6,000 HP Cooper-Bessemer and Dresser-Rand reciprocating engine drive gas compressor stations and six (6) Solar Mars and Taurus (6,000 & 12,000 HP) turbine driven compressor stations as part of the $900M ENRON/Florida Gas Transmission Co. Phase III Expansion across the southern U.S. from Louisiana to southern Florida.

(1991 to 1993) Senior Electrical Engineer. Part of the Project Management Team, responsible for engineering and design construction oversight and startup coordination of seven (7) 20,000 HP Cooper-Rolls axial turbine gas compressor stations as part of the $158M ENRON/Northern Border Expansion Extension Project across the northern plains states form Montana to Iowa. (1987 to 1990) Vice President - Operations Support. In charge of all client on-site support projects. Projects include maintenance engineering support, project scheduling and programming support and procurement support for electrical and I & C maintenance at the Fort Calhoun Nuclear Station; as-built drawing verification, diesel generator controls modifications, and standby gas treatment fire protection and air pressure sensing modifications at the Cooper Nuclear Station. Provided Senior Electrical Engineering support and control for 1987 Fort Calhoun Refueling Outage including PROJECT/2 Scheduling Program update. One of the Staff Team providing 24-hour continuous scheduling support for the 1987 Refueling Outage.

(1985 to 1987) Vice President-Electrical Engineering. Provided engineering support at Fort Calhoun Nuclear Station. Developed procedures to replace defective safety related logic relays and SBM control switches in response to NRC IE Generic Bulletin. Insured the quality and safety of installations and maintained strict adherence to NRC guidelines. Prepared and maintained an up-to-date schedule of work during the 1985 Fort Calhoun Station outage. This activity included the determination of appropriate maintenance and electrical modifications as well as the selection of capable personnel to perform these functions. The "PROJECT/2" computer based scheduling program was used to help accomplish this task. Developed methods for the testing of engineered safety features in accordance with Plant Technical Specifications and USAR. Verification of many features were performed including Containment Isolation, Valve Isolation Actuation, Safety Injection, Load Shed, Automatic Diesel Start and Load Sequencing. Project Manager for closeout of numerous emergency and normal modifications at Fort Calhoun Station. Electrical consultant for plant engineering at Fort Calhoun Station. In responsible charge of electrical design of controls for cereal manufacturing modifications at Kellogg Company, Omaha, Nebraska.

(1982 to 1985), Vice President-Electrical Engineering. Assigned to Northern Engineering International Company, Division of InterNorth, Inc. Responsible for final design, installation coordination, commissioning and startup of electrical power, automated control and instrumentation system including programmable logic controllers for two (2) gas turbine drive natural gas compressor stations and three (3) gas metering stations on the Northern Border Pipeline Project.
