• Following the Buyer Handled The Children’s Place < US >, Primark, Dunnes, Gemo, OVS, Decathlon, LIDL.

• Conducting internal and external PPM & making the format for internal Minutes of Meeting.

• Root Cause analyzing for all defects to give solutions for team mates.

• Cutting Program every order given to Lot Wise & Po Wise Cutting because of traceability.

• Conducting Technical & SQP Audit for Third Party at Factory.

• Reporting the audit results to the Quality Head & Higher Authorities.

• To coordinate with Buyer’s Inspectors regarding requirements and standards and factory quality standards.
