• UPDATE on work that I have done:
• I have worked as a baker few times in my working career. I am a good cook at home, love to bake. I have made donuts at a small Donut Shop in reno NV.
• I have made pizzas at round table and Domino's plus I have been a delivery driver for Domino's. I also was Asst Mgr for Dennys in FL. Back in the 1990s. I have worked as cashier/Hostess many times and have been. A busser/dishwasher a few times.
• Needless to say I have a lot of experience in many different areas if business. As a Headsup, this info will probably repeat a couple of times.
• I have been a server/waitress/Hostess at Top Deck estaurant in Cal Neva Casino, Reno Nevada where I lived for many years. I have been an Assistant Manager/Cashier-Hostess at Dennys restaurant in Ft. Lauderdale FL. I have been a dishwasher at another Casino called Boomtowne, Reno, NV. I have been a delivery driver for Uber, Domino's, Round Table/plus made pizzas-cooked, Fed Ex, I'm signed up with Uber Eats, Door Dash, and Grub Hub.
I was a Front Desk Clerk/Social Director for New Port Beach Hotel in Miami Beach from 1979 to 1980. Clothing Store Manager for Cape Isle Knitters from 1985 to 1990. I have 30 years in sales, retail, merchandising, inventory checks, cashiering, and 18 years in being a customer service and sales training manager, which is recent when I worked.
I know things have changed in the workplace, but that doesn't negate the fact that my experience in Front Desk procedures for hotel and motels still remain pretty much the same from the check-ins and check-outs. I worked at Harrahs Hotel in Reno, NV, I worked at Boomtown as Hostess/cashier in their restaurant and dishwasher.
I have work experience in being a banking agent (call centers) for Bank of America and Wells Fargo. I worked at these positions usually 6 to 8-hour shifts plus held down 2nd job at the same time. I was a sales representative specialist at Aarons Rentals and was there for 4 months. . My background is in sales and customer service as well as 18 years in sales and customer service management. I deal well with people and love helping people with whatever issue or problem they may have. I also love to give a helping hand to my co-worker at my jobs that I have held over the years after my work is done. My accomplishments to date are 5 awards in high school to do with music, winning first place for the women's vocal championship in Tallahassee FL in 1975. I also have competed in beauty pageants winning Junior Miss Talent in 1974 in Florida. I have been playing piano since I was age 5, I studied opera for 12 years learning 5 languages for singing. I took ASL 1 sign language, I modeled for a time, I taught voice for 25 years. I then in 1988 was in `13 scenes with Rutger Hauer the movie actor in the movie "Blind Fury". But my biggest accomplishment to date is my beautiful children; 40 yr old son Triston Jace, Shaw, and my 35 yr old daughter Cierra-Jade Noel Tregaskis and one precious grandchild Kylie Rayne, of 12 yrs of age. My skills and experience in different areas and departments are very wide. But being a multi-tasker goes with the territory. I love being busy, and when I saw at the job board an Apartment Manager position that could be included with Orion's Freelance, jumped at it. I did 3 years helping CC, who was my boss and owner of Orion's, I learned a lot and was taught a lot about securit and loss prevention and and how to help cut losses of book sales and how to maintain a high revenue through the year along with training and recruitment i knew I could handle living on site at this VIP apartment complex as well as managing the company in t he offices. all management duties at the warehouse plus the and how to handle conflict within employees as well as managers.
I was the Office Manager and Recruiter along with being the Lead Leasing Manager for the VIP apartment complex and the Customer Service/Care & Sales Training Manager/document specialist and freelance agent. This was my professional title but i just chose to say I was CC's right hand. This author is quite well known and she goes by a pen name instead which is CC Beddington. I recruited for the company as well as taking book orders, and gave the salesmen their duties for the day after the staff meeting each morning. I hired the office staff and ultimately became 0her right-hand person after a few weeks of employment. Trained the new salespeople in the warehouse. I was the warehouse supervisor as well held many duties and areas of departments from bookkeeping to typing, transcribing, computer work, scriptwriting, and script typing. documenting the books that would come in and the books, inventory the book sales that would go out, and any other duties that she required. When coved hit she had to lay off several people I was the last person to lay off regrettably due to coved 19. Customer Service Specialist
