OBJECTIVE : To work in a IT environment involving data processing/entry where I can effectively use my skills.

BACKGROUND : I am a student of College of Alameda, part of the Peralta Community College District. Apart from courses such as English, Environmental Studies and Photography, I am studying Computer Information Systems.

I did an internship during 2021 summer at the College of Alameda for their syllabi scanning project in support of the Liberal Studies and Language Arts Division (LSLA). This internship aimed to digitalize syllabi and create a database for the LSLA Division and uploading the information from each syllabus into a OneDrive database.

I am proud to mention that I possess special/savant skills. I am extremely good with calendar and dates. I can instantly tell the day of any date in the current as well as past and future 100 years. I am also looking for an opportunity where I can leverage this special strength of mine.

EXPERIENCE

I participated in the syllabi scanning project internship at College of Alameda in support of the Liberal Studies and Language Arts Division (LSLA). This internship aimed to digitalize paper copy syllabi and create a database for the LSLA Division. Interns were responsible for scanning syllabi from the 2015 to 2018 academic years and uploaded the information from each syllabus into a OneDrive database. Each academic year had subcategories of different semesters. Therefore, we had to scan all courses that were offered under the LSLA Division.
