Review electronic and hard copy inpatient and APV medical records to ensure accuracy and completeness of physician documentation to include first and second analysis.
Ensure all required physician signatures are present and may have to email providers or locate provider in person in respective clinic/ward request that they sign the records.
Print attestation and ADM sheets and provide other coding administrative support as needed.
Transport records from one location to another often requiring heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.
