SAFETY EXPERIENCE

• Conduct and coordinate classroom and field trainings such as new hire orientations, flagger/spotter, aerial lift training, confined space and LOTO coordination.

• Organizing and presenting HSE Toolbox Talk based on operational and safety focus points.

• Reviewed operation and safety documentation were in place prior to work commencing. Approved craft JSA.

• Overseen all safety for the entire project in the mechanical suite. Conduct and uphold rapport as liaise with other contractors. Assess risk assessments, identify and mitigate hazards to reduce workplace injury and incidents.

• Ensure compliance with client procedures and safe work practices. Interfacing with site management on day to day operations with the intent of maintaining Incident Free Operations (IFO)

• Audit, pull and ensure proper PTW are in place prior to and during projects (Ground Disturbance, Confined Space, Lock-out/Tag-out, Hot Work, and Cold Work)

• Maintained daily SSHO site reports, site observations audits and STOP cards.

• Worked closely with USACE Safety Officer / Counterpart. Conducted routine site visits together to gage performance and deficiencies.

• Direct field safety consultant for ExxonMobil Unconventional Upstream construction as well as Upstream operations in Midland, TX. Established a strong field presence while performing risk assessments. Responsible for continuous job site monitoring and implementing safety precautions and mitigations.
