Rough Mill/Machine Room supervisor 2/14/2014 -present I started with Fairfield Chair in February and accepted the position of Rough Mill/Machine Room supervisor with a total of 30 employees.

I came into a 10,000 frame deficit and approx. 5 months behind schedule. Through a steady course of changing product flow, upgrading machinery, and putting key personnel in place we overcame the deficit in approx.7months while maintaining the current production needs and are currently 2.5 weeks ahead of production schedule and working 35 to 40 hrs. per week .
