JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reviewing the approved project documents to perform the required inspection (ITP, quality control procedure, project quality plans, scope of work)

Conduct all stage-wise Inspection as per approved ITP with client & Third party.

Witnessing of activities like WQT, PQR and mechanical testing.

Inspection of all incoming inspection materials as per the standards, performing, visual inspection for fit up and weld visual in fabrication of piping and welding as per code and piping class. Alignment of flange according to the given dimension

Checking WPS codes, Checking weld visual and Preparation of visual inspection reports of piping and piping Components & Equipment’s reports.

Monitoring the welder qualification and welder performance report.

Ensure welding related activities such as welder qualification, oven & machine calibration, consumables issues before starting the job.

Closely monitor steel and check continuously welding activities at site, ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures, and ensure all concrete tests carried out as per Contract requirements.

Monitoring the various heat treatment procedures such as PRE, POST and PWHT.

Coordination of NDE (non-destructive examination), Review of Radiography film interpretation and pressure test procedure.

Involve & coordinate with client for inspection activities

Attending to RFI’s raised by concerned at various stages.

Preparation of punch list & Maintaining of all inspection reports and documents in loop files.

Review of all QC documents before release for Hydro test.

Review of Hydro testing/Pneumatic testing according to standard & project specification.

Submission of final dossier for mechanical completion.
