Jessica Lua was my mother’s caregiver at an Assisted Living facility this past year. In the time Jessica worked with my mother, she truly has impressed me on a daily basis with her patience, her positive attitude and dedication towards the residents. I am so pleased to write a letter of recommendation for Jessica. In the time Jessica cared for my mother, my mother declared many times that Jessica was her favorite and she wanted to take Jessica home. If my mother was having an off day, Jessica quickly was able to turn her mood around with her compassion, positive attitude and sense of humor. She was very in tune with the residents, their personalities and how she could help motivate or encourage them. One of the most amazing qualities about Jessica is that she treated my mother as if my mom was her mom. That level of care is rare and was so special to me. Jessica was frequently chosen by her management team to train new employees. She was a perfect role model and mentor to multiple new caregivers that were hired. The new staff members shadowed her and learned from the most devoted caregiver we have met. Her kindness, devotion and compassion are just a few of her strengths. In summary, Jessica displayed all of the unique qualities to be an exceptional caregiver. Jessica is dependable, motivated and passionate about helping others. She is a natural leader and she will succeed in any position she is offered. I highly recommend her for any position she applies for.
