Managed a 300,000 sq. foot warehouse with 12-23 employees on night shift with 16 shipping and 13 receiving doors. Directly in charge of all pulling and loading trucks for 10-16 routes on a daily basis for local deliveries. Also in charge of 3rd party shipping (Fed Ex) and receiving when needed. Created new productivity reports to better track pulling and loading errors and picks per hour to improve productivity. Used WMS systems Exceed and Dynamics daily. Worked closely with drivers, Quality Control, and Customer Service. Certified on all machinery, pickers, stand up, sit down, and reach machinery. Both propane and electric. Reduced loading errors from 3% to an average of .03% consistently.

Used Microsoft Excel to create daily metrics reporting to track employee productivity and pulling errors. Also supervised 7 local drivers and rearranged routes to decrease overtime and increase productivity. Worked with SAP, LXE, and WMS systems daily. Worked with IT department to set up and test new Malvern system for all UPS and California overnight shipping. Shipped an average of 350 to 450 boxes per day through Malvern. Also worked closely with inside and outside sales to ensure customer satisfaction. Directly responsible for inventory by making sure daily cycle counts were completed and stock was at 100%.
