With over ten years working with the public, from working in the restaurant business, running a restaurant, telemarketing, medical office work, sales, and later starting up a Sole Proprietorship, I am confident and prepared to be precisely what you have been seeking in a reliable employee.

I take initiative, I care about people, have an altruistic outlook, and that resonates with the people I encounter. While working in telemarketing and sales, there was a time when the office formed gatherings to determine how I was able to bring so many people in, and keep them on the phone an extended time. I am skilled in problem-solving and developing efficiency plans. I appease even irate customers, where they are fully accepting that I offered my best resolution, and a number have expressed gratitude that they were fortunate I answered their call.

As for helping others, I am also very much about education, and through blogging and/or vlogging, have offered early learning 1

programs, on a number of subjects, (including early/infant reading) with common sense methods that can make almost any child a prodigy, when applied.

The main skill utilized across any program is simply being able to simplify the complex. I entered college at 15 years old and tutored peers, adult learners seeking higher education, and fellow college students.
