Construction Specialists January 2019-Present

Construction Manager

Estimating of projects, through blueprints, job schematics, construction documents, on-site bid meetings and bid walks for work scopes to be performed.

Entered all data, phases of work scopes including roofing, siding, painting, garage, interior drywall, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, patching, painting and finishes for matrix notes for next level strategies.
