My Passion is to serve as a resource and advocate for graduate and postgraduate students via career and professional developmental endeavours. My experience in the Indian Institute of Psychology and Research (IIPR) helps me a lot in developing and identifying new skills. I also served as a student mentor and counsellor for students when academic problems and personal problems arose, taught qualitative research methods and psychology practicals, taught basic psychology to non-psychology students, prepared appropriate course materials and assignments, guided more than 10 students for research purposes, collaborated with other teachers to develop and address teaching issues and evaluated and graded student works, assignment, records and exam papers.
