I was set as a leader of the other volunteers in trying to help them to fulfill their roles.

I learned a lot about customer service as I went door to door speaking with the people of Guatemala.

I complete the project of placing waterlogs along a trail in the mountains to protect the path from erosion and precipitation.

I was the leader in organizing this project in all aspects and assigning volunteers specific jobs in order to complete the project.
