I was a Registered Nurse for 30 years and recently retired. During my career, customer service was expected for patients and staff. For the last 10 years I worked as a telephonic case manager in a call center and dealt with clients to resolve the barriers that were present. I have excellent skills navigating the internet, toggling with 2 monitors, several programs at one time and my rapport with my clients were very important to them as well as myself.
I am looking for a part time remote customer service position at this time. I learn quickly and my career reflects that. I am available days and evenings.
