Creating DT (delivery tickets) on JDE with each tool mobilization to the Rig.

Receiving parts requirement requests from different Weatherford location and allocating old stock as per the request after consideration of Oman inventory availability and operational requirement.

Auditing consumption of used parts and parts received in stock to prevent inventory discrepancies.

Complete the physical Inventory count successfully with very minimum variance.

Assets:

Monitoring the assets movement for PDO & OXY Rigs updating status on system.

Using Advantage (Wam) on Myadvisor & JDE software to locate the shipments.

Dealing with Arabian Technical Industries Oman and United Engineering Services Oman in order to repair the tools which are found to be Pitted, chunked or Seal damaged during drilling operation.

Recording scrap transactions of damaged assets as they are disposed.

Creating Work orders for Bearing Packs

Completing physical Asset count successfully with very minimum variance.

Maintaining the record of all assets available in Oman for Drilling Service MWD, LWD and Motors, updating in the system Myadvisor.

HiLithium Battery Cold Store

Trained to handle M/LWD Lithium batteries and maintaining Lithium battery Store.

LOGISTICS

Monitoring assets movements dealing with truck drivers for transportation of sources and drilling tools to the rigs and back to workshop.

Workshop other Activities

Coordinating with third party company OIS for MPI and load test inspection of overhead Crane, shackles, webbing slings, wire slings, fire extinguishers, M/LWD unit’s tools racks as per color code rules provided by the client (PDO).
