PROFILE

I am a proficient Ugandan with at most capability and diligent work ethics, challenges coupled with minimal supervision for the betterment of the institution that I will be working at and development of Athletes at large.

Simultaneous to the above, am a dexterous Ugandan with the ability of working hard for the betterment of development of Baseball Athletes all over the World.

I am also a Sportsman who enjoys a number of games mostly Baseball, Athletics, volleyball, football, Basketball among other. I have played some of the games at the international level a case scenario is when I participated in All African Games Baseball competition that took place in Abuja, Nigeria in 2003 and others I have played them just within Uganda and East African countries.

I was coaching the game I loved most that is Baseball. Through the coaching I have helped nature the talent of young Ugandan both Boys and Girls and helping to create a link between the young citizens and those in the other parts of the world. A viable example is when the team I coach qualified as the Europe and Africa Regional champions after winning all the games in Kutno, Poland to represent Europe and Africa in the Little League World Series Baseball Competition in August of 2015 in Pennsylvania, U.S.A.

The team I coach boosts of the record as the only Europe Africa team that has won a double Elimination game in the international bracket.

To obtain employment in an Organization that provides Opportunities to harness and enhance my abilities and aid my quest to expand my scope and realize my potential so as to establish myself as a reputable, reliable and hardworking employee to the benefit of the Organization, myself and the world at large.

While at the University, with the help of my lecturers Mrs. Amodo Joyce and Mr. Okot Geoffrey, I was in position to represent my course in the University debate that took place from 15th to 16th march 2010.

During my stay in Secondary school level; I acted as the Sports prefect. I also participated in many sports activities at school and I was awarded as the best attacker in volleyball, Best sprinter in [100meters] in all field and track activities, in the annual district Championship Athletics on the 22nd July 2006 with a record time of 11.69 seconds. I was also awarded as the best point guard in basketball. I strongly also participated in the short-put and Javelin Competition in 2008.

Toting to the above, I was also a sports prefect in my advanced secondary school education from 2007-2008.

WORK EXPERIENCE

.Allen V.R Stanley International senior secondary school and Little League Uganda Baseball and Softball, 28th January 2013 to 2019, Head coach baseball.

I help to develop Baseball in the school coupled with helping to spread the game all over the country under the Uganda little league Baseball.

Uganda little League Baseball and softball and Uganda Baseball and Softball Association, UBASA.

I also help in the coordination of the games played by the schools in Under Uganda little league baseball and Uganda Baseball and softball Association programs respectively.

I worked as the warden of the boys at the school, I am responsible for counseling the boy child students especially in terms of their body challenges and any other challenges that they face at school or from home.

Mehta Baseball Club, 2012, Assistant Coach.

I helped in coaching the 12 and under boys team from which the team managed to Win all the regional tournament for Europe Africa tournament in Kutno, Poland and Qualify as the first African team to participate in the Little league Baseball World Series 2012.

UGMA Engineering Company, 2010,

I was an assistant store manager and had to help make inventories of the metallic and nonmetallic products that were brought and taken out of the storage.

MAJOR LEAGUE CERTIFICATES ATTAINED

Certificate in Coaching: in 2010, I received a certificate of completion of the Baseball Coaches Clinic that took place from 16th to 30th January 2010 from Major league Baseball signed by Pat Doyle, MLB Clinic Director and Tom Gillespie another Clinic Director. The certificate was awarded from Uganda little league Baseball Complex, Nakirebe the area where the Coaches’ took place.

Certificate in Computer applications: I received the certificate from Jeffland computer center in 2010.

This certificate I received after studying to course in computer applications included the following packages; introduction to computer studies, Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, publisher and power point presentation, data base management and software intstallation and hard were repair.
