Reason for leaving:

I believed I had a better job at Energy Dispatch, but it fell through due to my TWIC Card taking from 05/11/2022-07/05/2022 to reach me. The Fuel Transport Position was filled.

Parkland oil/Tropic Oil Bradenton, I was forced to either be terminated for insubordination, or operate an unsafe vehicle.

The truck I was forced to operate, was unsafe and leaking fuel from multiple locations. I kept writing it up, as told to from, Felix, warehouse manager.

I kept on getting confused with a driver that was hired the same day as me. They linked his GPS to my name after I had driven over 5 of their trucks. If you have questions please ask and I’ll answer. I did the job precisely how I was trained to do the job. It was a “Free for All” with branch managers in Miami, not local or on site most of the time.

in 09/03/2018, Red tide hit and absolutely ruined every business on the water. It brought making a semi-decent living, to an absolute halt. After Red Tide hit, I realized that I couldn’t depend on a job that could end at any moment, abruptly.

08/03/2001 - 10/27/2010

Anheuser-Busch Budweiser Distributors

I started at Budweiser, at the age of 18, working for Chip Rhomer, the owner of Northwest Arizona Distributors Inc, on Andy Devine Ave in Kingman, AZ. I ended my career working for Budweiser at age 30.

At NADI Anheuser-Busch Budweiser Distributors Kingman, AZ, I was Employed for over 2 years, and I was taught everything from driving a split shift 10 speed Mack Sidebay Refrigeration Truck, to a 53 ft Tractor Trailer.

I transferred and relocated back home to Texas to help out with family in 08/2003. I began working for Ben E. Keith Budweiser Distributors Inc. Denton, TX immediately. At the time of my employment there, they were the largest Distributor. Ben E. Keith was # 1 in sales, customer service, Delivering, etc., of all the Anheuser-Busch Budweiser Distribution Companies. All Budweiser companies had to follow specific guidelines and stipulations to be able to sell any Anheuser-Busch products. Ben E. Keith was the number one Distributor in the world. I was employed for over 10 years and I learned everything there was to learn. I humbly started my employment at the very bottom as a draft line technician. I began getting promotions and made it my goal to learn every single aspect of the distribution business, from customer service, to sales, and the correct way to sell in layers to make production in the warehouse operate at peak performance. From Driving Class A CDL 53ft trailers full of perishable product, to side bay refrigerated keg trucks, box trucks, and hauling anything for special events. I became an Area Sales Manager for the largest and most difficult, spread apart market, that the Denton Branch had the territory over. I chose to Retire from Budweiser in late October, early November of 2010, while employed at the Sarasota, Florida Branch. It was a decision due to the massive amount of out of date beer on the shelves, that was for sale. Beer is a perishable food product. (Out of date beer can make people sick). Also, the hostile stock market take over, that marked the end of Anheuser-Busch Budweiser, being an American owned and American operated company. A company that kept the proceeds and earnings in The United States of America.

Now inbev owns Budweiser and the money made here, travels overseas.

I also chose to cut ties due to the fact that I was lied to about what my pay scale would be if I were to transfer. I interviewed prior to packing up my entire life and relocating from Texas to Florida, on an agreement that I would be taking a yearly pay cut, from $74,000.00 to $65,000.00. In reality I wasn’t even making $26,000.00/ year.

I began medical school soon after I retired from Budweiser.

The Positions I held, while working for Anheuser-Busch Budweiser include:

Draft line technician, Warehouse, Order Selector, Sales Merchandiser, Drivers Helper, Class A CDL Delivery Driver, Class A CDL Driver Trainer Smith System’s 5 Keys to Safe Driving, Warehouse Manager in charge of 8 Order Selectors. Area Sales Manager over 241 Accounts, managing 6 SalesRepresentatives, 2 Merchandisers, 5 Class A CDL Drivers, 6 Part-time Store Stockers.

I was the Area Sales Manager, overseeing the Largest Territory, and most Diverse Market, at the Ben E. Keith Denton, Texas Office. All prior to that office moving locations. The Manager and Head of all Denton Branch Special Events: Texas Motor Speedway NASCAR Races 2 per year stocking up beer booths around the entire arena and keeping the inventory stocked up throughout every race. There were multiple year around IRL Races, various Concerts held at The Texas Motor Speedway, Oktoberfest in Muenster, TX, all fair concerts and exhibits, Hauling The Budweiser Concert Stage, Setting up for Biker Rallies, various Concerts, Driving and delivering beer to every special event, no matter how big or small the turnout. The Denton Area Art and Jazz festival was one of our biggest special events at the Denton Branch. I was responsible for not only delivering and setting up concert stages, etc. alone, I was also in charge of any workers seeking to earn extra money. I was also George of the Budweiser masters for a year. I was always prepared to handle everything on my own, if need be.

Anything that was asked of me, I always had the same attitude and same answer of: yes sir, or yes ma’am. From relieving a drunk Delivery driver of his route, to finish it on my own, to Training 18 year old drivers how to safely operate a 53ft truck and trailer, or side bay keg truck, or a forklift. From being a Sales Representative who cleaned up neglected sales routes, to being promoted to Area Sales manager. Drivers Trainer, Sales Trainer, Forklift Operator and Forklift Trainer, Warehouse Manager and warehouse manager trainer, to replace my position when promoted. If I could get the job figured out, then make changes to get the work done safer and faster, I could train anyone how to do any job in the distribution business.

Reason for leaving:

Relocated to Florida, to be with family.
