I started off as just a general cleaner but I am now cross trained. I clean Amazon building, I take care of the trash and recycling, and anything else that is needed of me. CSA, Blackboard, Somerset, KY, March 2020 – Oct. 2020 I answered inbound calls for college students at different schools and helped them with their classes, student loan information, financial aid, programs, and etc. I used different programs to access their information and sometimes I had to transfer calls to other departments. I used a computer with 2 monitors and a headset. Worked at a fast pace to keep down handle time but also deliver accurate information. Crew Member, Burger King, Albany, KY, March 2012 — 2016 I worked the front cash register, drive thru, front line, back line, cleaning, dishes, grill, stocking, unloading the truck, and delivered great customer service. I answered inbound calls and helped people with questions that they had about their DSL and antennas. I worked there until the funding ended for that job. I used a computer and was typing 32 WPM.
