PROJECTS DURING ACADEMIC TENURE

Title (B Tech) : Industrial Ceiling Fan.

Software used : Creo Parametric 2.0.

Description : The fan was made with 12 wings and having a length of 6 feet and with a sweep of 13 feet. This project was given an opportunity by our Chairman. And it was prepared by a group of members. And the motor is used for the industrial ceiling fan is Step up Gear Motor.

Title (B Tech) (main project) : Enhancement of productivity of Injection Moluding.

Components used : GSM Module, Arduino

UNO (microcontroller) and Relay switch.

Description : Generally in injection Moluding we have to pour plastic pellets in solid form into the heater and after reaching certain temperature it will become semisolid state and it will take the shape of the die if processed. Here we are considering one Arduino Uno board, GSM module and relay switch. From these components we have done an automatic on and off through mobile phone. When the worker is starting at home he use to send a message or a missed call (i.e. switch on/off) then it will automatically on the power supply.
