WORK EXPERIENCE

Process Operator

Freeport LNG/PTF, Freeport TX Jan 2019 to Mar 2022.

Performs the daily operations responsibility of proper and optimum achievement of treating incoming gas. To accomplish some of these jobs include, but not limited to, permit writing, equipment preparation for maintenance (LOTO), sampling product and maintaining all associated process equipment. Some of the process equipment ranges from pumps, compressors, chillers, heaters, exchangers, separators and more. These process areas consist of the Inlet/Outlet systems, the Acid Gas Removal Unit (AGRU) where the removal of sour gases, H2S and C02 which are removed with Amine. The Dehydration Unit, where the Amine is recovered and the NGL system where the C-5's and hydrates are removed from the process to prevent freezing. All these units are necessary for the pretreatment of gas before transferring the product downstream to further the process of LNG.

Operator/Board/Lab Technician

Targa Resources, Channelview TX Nov 2017 to Jan 2019.

Work in Crude Distillation Splitter Unit (CDU) as outside Unit Operator, Board Operator and Lab Tech, which produces 42k bbls per day. Training on process board using Delta-V system. Produces several bi-products from the crude distillation such as Kerosene, Diesel, LPG, Light Naphtha, Heavy Naphtha, AGO and Crude. Perform minor operations with N2 and hot oil heating systems. Propane and logistics operations. Completion of several daily rounds through-out unit. Catch and test samples on finished product, waste water and outfalls.

Lead Operator/Supervisor

Flowers Bakery, Houston TX May 2016 to Nov 2017

Creates daily order summaries to achieve customer orders through SAP. Supervises and coordinates activities per company policies and cGMP procedures of workers engaged in mixing, measuring, dividing, molding, and proofing of specific dough formulas. Perform numerous readings on completed doughs and bread for documentation accuracy, flour sifter checks, fermentation and humidity checks.

Process Technician

BASF Pasadena, TX Sep 2013 to March 2016

Performed pipeline operations which consisted of receiving Raffinate from Shell Refinery as process feed. We would strip the butane feed stream from the 1, 3 Butadiene which was needed for the process of 2Propyl-Heptanol(2PH) and 2MethylButanol then return the stripped Raffinate back to Shell Refinery via pipeline. We also piped in Natural Gas from Enterprise. Other duties consisted of several daily rounds throughout assigned process areas to monitor.
