Right out of high school I purchased my own business, distributor for White Rock Products. The job entailed sales, merchandising and delivery. During that time my wife and I acquired a deli, Joels Deli in Mt Holly NJ. Where all duties of ownership applied. Ordering, inventory, cooking and cash handling, Then I had the opportunity to work for Marriott as a Manager. I was responsible for scheduling over 200 employees, P&L, S&S, inventory, hiring new staffing, and running the kitchen. When the job ended, I went to work for Modern Building as a site foreman. I scheduled deliveries, handled receiving, as well as running the crew. Currently I am operations manager at The Grove. I handle scheduling, in-house staff, as well as vendors and subcontractors.
