• Assemble and fill dish machine and fill up all sinks with their soaps and water.

• Get dish room put together with everything needed for the shift, such as broom and dustpan, mop bucket, carts, etc.

• Send up hotboxes to the Medical Center floors. As the Ala Carte orders are sent/called down, take orders to the Cook.

• Get napkins from the storage in Main Dining Room and fold them for rolling silverware. Deliver Ala Carte orders to the proper floors as they are done and ready to deliver.

• Scrub pots, pans, trays, etc and run through the dish machine.

• Clear all hotboxes of food as they are brought back from Medical Center and Assisted Living after the meals; spray down and wipe out hotboxes and plug them back in.

• Scrub the pans and utensils that were emptied out of the hotboxes. When everything has been scrubbed, drain all sinks.

• Record dish machine temps.

• Clean down and spray out all sinks and disposal area.

• Help with taking out trash and cardboard.

• Sweep and mop dish room.

• Used the company's hand held device to first clock in, then checked in to the store on the device to see if any new Hallmark shipments had come in.

• Once inside the store, located any new arrival of Hallmark shipments (Everyday or Seasonal). In some stores, requested permission from Management to be able to put out new seasonal gifts in the store's seasonal isle.

• Once new arrival of Hallmark shipments had been located, scanned the label of each shipment to

"check in" the shipment into the device.

• Stocked greeting card isle with new Everyday cards.

• In some stores, put together Ready-To-Go gift bags; also stocked other gift bags, tissue paper, bows, roll wrap and stationary.

• At the end of each season, pulled seasonal cards of the previous season and either discarded or placed into storage for next year (depending on store). Removed remaining seasonal gifts from seasonal isle

(if it hadn't already sold out).

• Changed signage and backgrounds from the previous season to the new season in the cards isle; then put out on display the new seasonal cards (and new gifts in seasonal isle).

• Went through both card isle and seasonal isle and straightened cards and gifts; as well as located misplaced cards and used handheld device to scan the card to find its exact location and returned the misplaced card to its home pocket.
