To Whom It May Concern:
I am interested in becoming a part of your team and working with your patient population by adding excellent service and value to their care. Although I am new to this role, I feel I have the knowledge and skills needed to provide quality, safe, and effective care. I enclose my resume as a first step in exploring the possibilities of employment with you.
My nursing career started in 2006 as a Licensed Vocational Nurse at CareNow. During that time, I enrolled in the Associate Degree Nursing Program at El Centro College and graduated in 2007. In 2008, I enrolled in the RN-BSN program at the University of Texas at Arlington and graduated in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. These experiences are essential factors in reaching and exceeding my goal of providing skilled, compassionate, and quality nursing care.
In 2008, I was employed at Baylor University Medical Center as a Registered Nurse on a Medical-Surgical unit and received my certification in Medical-Surgical Nursing. This work experience has allowed me to further expand my knowledge in nursing and perfect my ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines. In 2012, I joined USPI and have been working at Baylor Surgical Hospital at Las Colinas starting in Eye Pre-op/PACU at then transferred to the Post Surgical Unit in January 2013.
I am currently employed at Texas Institute for Surgery as a Float Pool RN since 2014 and am a recent graduate of the MSN FNP program at UTA. I have recently starting working part time for Dr. Kelly Will (Pain Management) as a Nurse Practitioner. I trust that my qualifications can become an asset to your team of professionals and would appreciate the opportunity to discuss with you how I can best serve your present and future needs. Please call or email to arrange an interview at your convenience. Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to hearing from you in the near future.
Sincerely,
AnnaLisa T. Creech, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
