Level 2 FPI (Water wash and Solvent removed) and Level 2 MPI(Bench) inspection. Goodrich is and aerospace production company that forges high quality landing gear for both the military and commercial aerospace industries.

6/2007-11/2007 XRI Testing(Independence, OH)

Level 2 FPI (Water wash & visible Dye) and Level 2 MPI(Bench) at this NDT vendor facility. At XRI I’ve performed inspection on several different types of forgings and castings sent to the company by outside sources.

3/2006-6/2007 – NDT Level 2 Inspector – BesCast, Inc.(Willoughby, OH)

Level 2 FPI (fluorescent dye, post emulsified), Level 2 MPI(Bench) and Level 1 RT (Tube/cabinet) inspection. Bescast is an investment casting company specializing in high grade/close tolerance aerospace engine/turbine parts.(I received extended hours training here to meet ASNT requirements)

8/1995-2/2006 -- NDT Level 2 Inspector-Kovatch Castings, Inc.(Uniontown, OH)

Level 2 FPI (water washable, fluorescent dye), Level 2 MPI (Bench) and Level 2 RT (350 KV Tube) through ASNT & Kovatch Castings. Primarily on aircraft brake (close tolerance/thin walled) parts but also on both military and commercial grade investment castings for the aerospace industry. At KCI I’ve supervised/trained other personnel to perform MPI/FPI/RT testing.
