Maintenance, Operation and Planning of Plant & Machinery.

Vehicle & Machinery Govt Inspection making every year.

Erection of Batching Plants & KTI ice plants.

Trouble shooting of breakdowns as & when required.

Preparation of MIS Reports which includes Weekly & Monthly- Hiring Reports, Break down Reports & Utilization Reports.

To develop proactive, mandatory corrective preventive maintenance plans and executes the Operations and maintenance activities as per OEM standards.

Coordinate the maintenance activities to minimize downtime due to machinery/equipment’s/parts failure.

Responsible for coordinating with Project Management & site construction team for Engineering & Technical Clarifications of machinery.

Identify the spares as per life span of wear and tear parts for Plants and Machinery equipment’s and raise the Indents and fallow the procurement cycle through SAP.

Developing cost & budget estimates long-term plans for maintenance and job works.

Handle P&M function effectively for all project sites to ensure 100% availability & uptime of vehicle and machineries.

To explore & implement the latest technology for better services & cost control.

Carry out the preventive and Breakdown maintenance.

Organize routine checks of equipment in addition to resolving faults when they arise.

Coordinate preventative action to limit wear and tear of machinery. As to extend the lifespan of equipment supplies.

History card, repairing and maintenance details and lubrication consumptions.

Effective deployment of Plant & Machinery and monitor their optimum utilization.

Prepare MIS on their utilization and re-deployment across sites.

Adherence to Predictive and Preventive maintenance schedules, maintain inventory of required spares and lubricants for trouble-free operations.
