●Corrective maintenance of Building Automation System such as HVAC System (Chiller, AHU, Cooling Tower, FCU, FAHU, TFA, Sensors, Pumps, Motors, and Heat Exchanger etc.)

●Prepares energy reports, data, and sheets for energy performance index maintenance & daily/weekly/monthly inspections.

●Control Panels and DDC panels: Operation and Maintenance of HVAC control system.
