Work Experience

I worked for 20 years in the development of technological solutions, systems and sites, in code development, idealization, designing and managing teams, in addition to strong performance in mapping, optimization and automation of processes and procedures as well as in the creation and use of business intelligence tools. 5 Highlights:

2018 Development of a Business Intelligence system with data extraction through Webservices, FTP, APIs and direct access to several DBs, with treatments and loads, using Laravel framework, PHP, Javascript, HTML, CSS, Mysql and Balanced Scorecard concepts. This solution was called

"Mobilization" and its use was given as a guide for the main actions of Brazilian Social Security. 2017 Idealization, elaboration and management of the automation project of recognition of rights. With this solution, Brazilian citizens can now have their request for retirement or maternity pay analyzed and granted in 5 minutes without the need for human intervention. 2016 Idealization, elaboration and management of a project to digitize physical processes and provide services over the internet to citizens and partner entities. Several tools were developed to support this technological advance, including mobile applications, internet and intranet pages, and service bus. This composition was called "INSS Digital" and made it possible for every citizen to apply for any social security benefit via the internet or telephone. 2013 Mapping of processes, generation of indicators and development of a Business Intelligence tool called "Sala de Monitoramento" aiming at the real-time, medium and long-term monitoring of more than 1500 units throughout Brazil. Application used the Yii Framework with PHP, Mysql and Postgres and had more than 100 database tables consuming information by APIs, WebServices, Files and direct access to DB from more than 10 different data sources with extractions, treatment and loading of the data. The system was used by more than 30 thousand employees and praised by the president of the republic at the time, thus counting on several visits from other ministries to absorb the expertise.

2008 Development of a web application using PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and BD in Mysql to optimize electronic scheduling, which considered employee skills, vacations and leaves of absence in the generation of scheduling vacancies for a better use of the workforce and reduced waits for the customer. This application was incorporated by the main scheduling system being replicated to more than 1500 units and used by the Brazilian population to schedule services, reaching around 500 thousand appointments per month.
