Vendor Development
oEfficiently identified and developed cost effective vendor / supplier base for cost effective procurement of materials, spares and consumables.
oEvaluation and negotiation with vendors on the price and regularly coordinate for timely deliveries and quality and ensure their timely payments.
oAssessment of the performance of the vendors based on various criterions viz. quality / technology improvement rate, timely delivery, and credit terms etc. Place annual service contracts, transportation contracts.
Contract Management

Logistics: Drove overall logistics functions, devised guidelines & managed movement of finished copper products by rail / road Qty-30000 MT Copper Products to various destinations and rail movement of diesel, FFO, LDO, Neptha, Cement, Rock Phosphate from various sources to the complex. Finalized freight structure with railways for annual movement.
