Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor.

Execution of batches as per the instructions in the batch manufacturing record.

Carry out various unit operations in their respective shifts as per laid down procedure and safety practices.

Following GMP and safety practices during operations.

Updating batch manufacturing record, equipment log books, status boards and other related records.

Reporting deviations and incident in the unit operations.

Prevention and control of activities which may pollute the environment.

Following of safe disposal procedure for the chemicals.

Having control of chemical substances by proper labelling,safe handling and disposal.

Working towards reducing accidents and incidents.

To identify and eliminate the unsafe working conditions.

Review, correction and approve the executed batch manufacturing records and other related documents.

Coordination with Engineering departments to carry out the maintenance works and rectify the process related equipment’s problem.

Coordination with ETP to discharge the effluent in timely manner without interpreting the process functions.

Coordination with QC, QA, Warehouse and logistics for packing and dispatch of finished goods.

Requesting and approval of requested raw material from stores.

Sending samples for In-process checks to QC and follow up with result.

Planning and handover of equipment for timely preventive maintenance.

Performing other tasks as assigned like, safety “work permit system” .

Understanding of SOPs and ISO 9001,ISO 14001.
