Service Groundskeeper/Maintenance

I apologize for not having a resume. I have literally been a union worker for almost all my adult life. I'll try to keep this on point as possible...

My Grandparents managed multiple properties as far back as I can remember. After my grandparents passed, my Dad took over. He had a heart attack in 2018, so I was no longer ONLY doing the apt turnover, groundskeeper & the other day to day maintenance and upkeep, but now EVERYTHING fell on my lap. Complaints, service calls, walkthroughs, inspections, rent collection & the worst of all, evictions. I also had a total of 5 different property owners to make things just a bit more difficult. As I said I have been working in skilled trades my whole life. Almost 20 years painting & carpentry. Drywall 9+ years. Commercial and residential glazing 12 years. 2 trades that still intimidate me for some reason, electrical and plumbing. I'm still more than capable of completing service work, breaker replacement, outlet repair/replacement, installing new fixtures as well as plumbing service calls. Sorry for rambling... I feel confident that I'm the person you're looking for. I work well in groups, or flying solo. I believe my experience along with my drive could be a huge asset for you and your team.
