Gauge base oil in railcars and trucks before unloading. Gauge storage tanks before loading and unloading railcars and trucks. Connect and disconnect hoses from portable pumps.

Operate portable pump.

Connect nitrogen hose to nitrogen connection to blow back all oil product from the line and back to the tank after finishing load and unloading trucks.

Operate masticator that blends heat,rubbers,and powders with base oil. Open valves that transfers the blended product to the tanks. Gauge tanks after transfers.

Collect samples from tanks after blends.
