Tagged smalls bags as they were unloaded from inbound trucks; bagged smalls; ripped smalls bags & dumped them on the belt; pulled packages that were large enough to be machine sorted from opened smalls bags & loaded them to sorter; worked the “split” (moving IC's from one belt to another to send them to the proper area for loading); sorted smalls; picked IC's off the belt in several different “load” areas & ensured they arrived at the proper bay to be loaded for shipment

Note: Sending machinable packages to the sorter, rather than simply sending them on to be hand processed in “Smalls” was instituted by myself. This allowed approximately 1,000+ packages/per sort (non-peak) to be processed by machine, rather than hand processed.
