Work Experience

Parking Enforcement Officer

Securtec District Patrol - San Jacinto, CA

November 2021 to Present

Accompany Street Sweeper in Company Patrol Vehicle on all routes in the City of San Jacinto, citing all vehicles that impede the Sweeper from a direct path, in which he must go around the vehicle, thus leaving the cleaning of curb and gutter areas in that section unswept. Work directly with the Code Enforcement Team of San Jacinto citing vehicles obstructing driveways and sidewalks, Commercial Trucks parked in Residential areas, unattached commercial trailers, vehicles parked less than 15 feet from Fire Hydrant, Missing/Expired Tabs, Vehicles parked in same spot for more than 72 Hours, working on motor vehicle on public roads, and be "The Eyes" of the city reporting any discrepancies directly to Code Enforcement Supervisor. Access to City Hall to pick up supplies periodically to perform my job duties, and meetings when necessary. Customer Service skills are "A Must," as occasionally some residents will confront you about a citation, and you need to know how to defuse the situation, and calmly explain to the resident the violation they are receiving, and why. San Jacinto Sherriffs Department backs me up if I run into a situation where the resident temperament has escalated, and I am concerned for my safety.

Site Supervisor/Security Officer

Signal 88 Security of Temecula - Temecula, CA

July 2019 to October 2021

Worked Event Security Concert venues at Nanchang Resort and Casino checking in guests, and making sure no contraband enters the venue. Worked at Callaway Winery as a Security Agent in tandem with the Event Director of Callaway Winery making sure Outdoor Weddings went according to plan and schedule. Accommodated Wedding Planners on any needs or requests they had as to where they wanted me stationed at, and to keep an eye on "Wedding Crashers!" I also work at a high end residential community as the Dedicated Officer on site doing foot and vehicle patrols, making sure all rules of the community are being followed, and I respond to complaints from residents about disruptive noise, strange vehicle parked in their spot, (which I Tow upon Residents request as long as they have proof the parking spot belongs to them) or other concerns Residents may have. If the disturbance can be heard as I approach the residence, I listen for loud noises, or any disruptive behavior. If I feel it has gotten out of hand, as a possible Domestic Violence, I will call Murrieta Police Department to handle it, as it is out of my scope. Supervisor/Post Commander

American-1 Airtight Security - Upland, CA

July 2016 to June 2021

Returned to American-1 Airtight Security when the Owner offered me a "Director Of Security" position at the Hemet Shopping Center, as an experienced officer with customer service skills was needed due to massive "Transient Traffic." I was supported by The Hemet Police Department "ROCS UNIT," who's sole mission was to restore the community. Two previous security companies could not keep the account, and that opened the door for us to intervene. I would treat each individual transient I spoke to with "Respect and Dignity," as I believe "Respect Breeds Respect," and the transients responded to my approach by willingly leaving the shopping center. Patrol the parking lots making sure customers, as well as employees vehicles, are secure.
