Responsibilities:

Coordination, Support and Supervision of all out-bond shipments and improve operational excellence and performance.

Plan and coordinate the international shipment of goods. During the course of the day, negotiate with a variety of people such as shippers, agents and vendors, and are expected to have excellent customer service.

Prepare all export related documents such as Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Profroma Invoice, bill of exchange and Letter to Bank for Collection or Negotiation.

Prepare and submit Insurance Declaration for Sea and Air shipment to the Insurance Co. and ensure they all are under cover (110%) of the value of the goods.

Co-ordinate with shipping lines, organize and monitor shipment ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.

Scrutiny or Prepare Letter of Credit and confirm to the customer

Tracks shipping movements and ensure smooth delivery

Timely reminder to Buyer’s for their outstanding Bills

Follow up customers and provide updates

Confirming and acceptance of Purchase Order

Managing Export Department

Liaise with Govt. Dept for Export Incentives.

Co-ordinate with foreign Buyer’s and follow up
