Supported in writing business requirement documents for the development of an ETL pipeline that ingests and curates Target Process data. Researched and identified API endpoints to Zendesk and Target Process and documented objects and fields needed in ETL.

Parsed JSON to understand the data structure of Target Process objects and created database relationship diagram to visualize relations between objects. Built Looker dashboards that monitor Salesforce data quality and documented data validation tests performed on the data.

Documented and updated data program pages in Confluence to inform the stakeholders of the progress of various programs.

Supported the Looker audit program by communicating with data asset owners on deprecation plans of unused Looker assets.

This group focused on the collection and analysis of public high schools education data, with the purpose of designing a pedagogical methodology to improve political education in Colombia.
