Responsibilities include: Prioritize and gather daily prepped samples; organize and number samples and corresponding sample preparation containers (sample cups); weigh each sample (in sample cup) according to the SOP guidelines; prepare each sample adding 60mL of DI water and 40mL of nitric acid salt diluents; use polytron to blend sample (and its contents) thoroughly until a uniform, homogenous solution is achieved; utilize the potentiometric titration system (silver nitrate reagent) to accurately determine the percentage of salt content, of which will be recorded/graphed on the Tiamo system, and then exported to the LIMS system for customer and company review; review Tiamo, LIMS, and LCS data, to ensure that each sample is within its recommended specifications; utilize Zeta Safe to report these findings.
