Responsible for recruiting Low income families to qualify for self help home ownership for the foundations property in Waianae

Worked with families on Budgeting, credit repair, finances and prepare analysis and reports to present to the Board of Directors for selection. Process took 1 year

Qualified 35 families for the program to build their own homes working with the Contractor every weekend until homes were completed. Program has 75 families still living in the Ke Aka Ho’ona Property in Waianae Hawaii.
