protected health information to fulfill our mission, which is to improve patients access to their healthcare data. The company is headquartered in Media, PA with an office in Swansea, IL and services clients nationwide.

About the Job

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for open Customer Service Specialist positions in our Media, PA office. This position is temporarily remote due to COVID- 19. The ideal candidate will be motivated, detail-oriented and a problem solver with excellent written and oral communication skills. This position is responsible for providing the highest level of customer service to RRS Medical customers.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to a high volume of customer

calls and e-mails regarding medical records

requests

Provide excellent customer service in a timely

manner with accurate and concise information

Effectively and efficiently communicate with

customers through various channels

Build strong value-based relationships with

customers - a passion for customer interaction is a must!

Ensure customer satisfaction is a primary goal

Follow procedures, guidelines, and policies set in place

Data entry and other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

Excellent communication skills, strong analytical

and problem-solving skills

1+ year of call center experience in the medical

industry

Ability to multi-task, prioritize duties, and have strong time management skills

Willingness to learn

Proficient computer skills with software

applications such as Microsoft Office and a

preferred typing speed of 50+ WPM

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional

attitude toward customers at all times

High school diploma or GED required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
