•Melting : Metal Temperatures Maintain, Metal composition maintain, Proper Hardness & Elongation Maintain, heat planing & pouring.

•Ladle : Proper lining & Ladle Spout making Smoothly molten metal pour& ladle preheating.

•Sand plant: moulding sand preparation, sand lab.

•Green sand moulding : Sand AFS check, clay checking, LOI checking, sand temperature check, Permeability maintain & gating system making, Mould hardness check, Proper mould closing.

•No back sand moulding: sand AFS check, clay checking,proper getting system making, mould closing, mould hardness checking, core setting.

•Product manufacturers: pipe fittings, automobile parts, valve body, weld flange, manhole components, high chrome grinding media etc.

•Fettling Division: short blasting, properly grading as per dimension, hydro tasting & proper bitumen paint.
