Volunteered as a private tutor to a special need client for two years accomplishing the client needs and parents desire of grade level achievement.
I initiated an Accelerated Reading program with incentives for the students on my campus. The program encouraged students with reading problems to read more and comprehend what has been read; and student without reading problems to read more books. The initial year of the program was in 2004, the program under my directive from 2004- 2012 advanced students grade points and testing scores. The campus academic achievement went from under-achievement to Recognized achievement and upon my departing the campus was at state recognition of an Exemplary achievement campus. The program is still presently used on this campus.
