Description:

Monitor the Queue Manager & Broker health/availability using tools.

Queue Manager Data mounts point monitoring.

Monitor message flow & execution group status.

Monitor memory utilization for dataflow engine.

Monitor the application specific logs for errors/warnings (business and system).

Monitor the FTP location for file transfer.

Provided support to L1 team for incidents related to Applications.

Handle incidents/calls escalated by L1 Team.

Analyse application logs and dumps.

Escalate incidents to vendor in case of code issues within application.

Route incidents to interfacing application teams for application related issues.
