Twenty years ago, I learned Continuous Quality Improvement to gain the skills that would help me build effective and accountable teams. From that experience I took Six Sigma classes to further enhance my knowledge base for reengineering and organizing individuals to make lean, productive teams for projects. The team remains for me one of the most important elements for consistency for special projects, as well as daily operations. I am a disciplined, organized person with great verbal and written communication skills.

TEAM MANAGER, ALBUQUERQUE GROWERS MARKET

The busy and lucrative Albuquerque Growers Market has locations opened each day throughout town that assist growers with a place to sale their wares. The cleanup and daily maintenance of the sites where the markets are held must be handled efficiently. These areas are subject to Health inspections. I devised a process that would be easy to maintain these sites during our reopening after the Coronavirus event.
