SCC was my first job in the Cannabis industry and I worked there for 1 year. I learned many skills like customer service, money handling, product knowledge, and was transferred to a different shop when they closed. My duties there included:
• Bud tending, Customer Service
• Cleaning and wiping down the shop, lobby, bathrooms, and office
• Updating WeedMaps and Leafly on a daily basis
• Updating Strain Board with deals and product on a daily basis

This was my first experience working for a Cannabis delivery and learned how to provide great customer service without having a face-to-face interaction. I also learned more about mapping, creating driver routes, and handling management issues.
