Hybrid CM/GC role working direct for client involved from Phase 1 Geo to turnover. Pre-con with full budget and constructability review, bid pack/scopes, and value engineer. Create an initial project schedule and coordinate with the city and design team. Hands on with day to day running of projects, often having to take on the role of superintendent due to staffing shortages.
