Operation & Maintenance of Diesel Generator

Day to day electrical breakdown maintenance and preventive maintenance. .

Knowledge of Closing High Tension and Low Tension reading.

High Tension Breakers (VCB) Low Tension breakers (OCB, ACB, MCCB) operation and maintenance.

(Automatic Power Factor Correction) APFC power factor maintaining.

Planning and execution of preventive maintaining for the equipment by following check list.

Diesel Generator trail test daily taken on every generators.

Knowledge to maintain maximum Demand and How to maintain loads in Peak hours and non-peak hours.

Knowledge about relay settings on instantaneous current relay, over current relay, under voltage relay, earth fault relay .

Operation and Maintenance of Chillers. Pumps, and also control drives like Variable Frequency Drive.

Operation & Maintenance Air Handling Unit (AHU), Precision Air Handling Unit (PAHU), Precision Air Handling unit, (PAC).

Operation and Maintenance of Online Parallel UPS, Online Battery Discharge Test.

DC Power Rectifier Module Bank,

Operation & Maintenance of Fresh Air units and Exhaust fan unit,

Managing External Vendor following.

Preparing Daily report for the day consumption of electrical and other material and send mail to client.
